The business, run properly
Purchasing, stock by outlet and warehouse, POS, invoices and GST. A sale at the counter updates the stock and the books together.
Purchasing, stock, billing, GST and accounts for businesses that sell stock. Each app does one job, and every app works from the same stock and the same books.
Pick the apps you need. They already work together.
The whole cycle
Your business runs in a loop:
The platform
The ERP runs the shop. Vritti Cloud is where you sign up and where your system lives. Voop, still in development, puts your store on your customers' phones. All three read the same data, so the counter and your website show the same stock.

Where you sign up. Each business gets a separate database and storage, served on its own domain.
A customer super app. Your store runs inside it as a mini app, and we look after the app.
at month end, it is already
reconciledA goods receipt, a counter sale, an online order and a GST return are four entries in one dataset. Your accountant closes the month from the same entries your counter staff billed.
As it happens
Stock comes in at the Peenya warehouse and goes out to MG Road. It sells at the counter and on the website. Each entry posts the moment it happens, and GSTR-1 is ready when the month closes.
How it comes together
Sign up on Vritti Cloud and tell us what you sell, how many outlets you run and which firms you bill under. That is enough for us to provision your own system.
A pharmacy gets batch and expiry. Apparel gets size and colour. Hardware gets unit conversions. Yours is set up for your trade before your first sale.
We build your website and put it on your domain. Connect it to VAP and every online order draws from the shelf your counter staff sell from.
Updates and backups are our job, and so is watching the system through the night. You run the business, not the servers.
Why it fits real businesses
Your company, your registered firms, your outlets and the managers who run them are four different things. VAP keeps a separate record for each and links them.
Your data
Each business runs on its own Postgres database, physically separate from every other customer's.
Backups run continuously. If a bad import goes in at 11:42, we can restore the database to 11:41.
Amounts are stored in whole paise, so the books add up to the paisa.
A branch manager sees their branch's stock and sales. The firm's books stay with whoever you give them to.
If an item has no tax class, the counter blocks the sale until someone sets one.
Every change your system receives is verified against an Ed25519 signature before it is applied.
Industries
Each trade gets its own configuration. Find yours.

A customer pays online for the last bottle on the shelf. Ten minutes earlier, someone bought it at the counter. This is what happens when your website keeps its own stock count.

VAP (Vritti AI Platforms) is an AI-first ERP for businesses that buy or make stock and sell it. It runs purchasing, inventory, billing, POS, GST and customer records. It comes configured for your type of business, so a hardware store starts with stock counted in pieces, kilograms, metres and bags.
Billing software records sales. VAP also records what you bought, what each outlet holds, which registered firm made each sale and the GST on every line. Your online store reads the same stock count as your counter.
No. Most businesses start with stock and billing. We can build you a website later. If you connect it to VAP, the website and the counter sell from the same catalogue and the same stock count.
Yes. Your business runs on a separate deployment with its own Postgres database and storage. No other company's records are in it. You own the data, and Vritti keeps the servers running.
Both are built into the model. A new outlet starts with its own stock and price list, and you choose which staff can bill there. A new firm gets its own GSTIN and books, and its figures still roll up into the group view.
