Business Digitalisation

We digitalise your operations end to end

One engagement, from paper to a running system.

Most businesses do not need another piece of software. They need someone to take what they already do — the register, the purchase file, the WhatsApp orders, the accountant's spreadsheet — and turn it into one system that runs. That is the whole engagement: we map how you actually work, configure VAP around it, move your data in, build whatever you sell online, and stay on it after go-live.

What you get

What business digitalisation includes

An operations map before any software

We walk your counter, your godown and your books first. What gets written down, what gets remembered, where the leaks are. That map decides the configuration — not a template.

VAP configured for your trade

Features switched on for what you actually sell, roles cut to who does what, master data loaded — units, categories, tax classes, price lists, opening stock.

Your data moved across

Items, suppliers, customers, outstanding balances and stock positions brought out of Tally, Excel or your old billing software and reconciled against what you physically hold.

Whatever you sell online, built

An ecommerce store, a B2B ordering portal or a brand site — built on your live catalogue and stock, deployed on your own domain.

Your people trained at the counter

Not a slide deck. We stand at the till during real billing hours until your staff are faster on the new system than the old one.

Someone to call afterwards

Your system is provisioned, backed up and monitored, and there is a named person who knows your setup when something needs changing.

How it runs

The engagement, step by step

01

Understand what you run

Outlets, registered firms, what you buy, what you make, where you sell it. We come and look rather than send a questionnaire.

02

Provision and configure

Your own system is provisioned on Vritti Cloud, then VAP is configured for your trade — features, roles, tax registrations, locations.

03

Migrate and reconcile

Master data and balances come across, then we count. Your opening stock in the system has to match the shelf before you go live.

04

Go live with us there

We are present for the first billing days. Problems get fixed while you are trading, not logged as tickets.

FAQ

Business Digitalisation — common questions

What does end-to-end digitalisation actually include?

Mapping how your business currently runs, provisioning your system, configuring VAP for your trade, migrating your existing data, building whatever you sell online, training your staff at the counter, and supporting you after go-live. It is one engagement rather than a licence plus a list of add-ons.

We still run on paper and Tally. Is that a problem?

No — that is the usual starting point. Tally, Excel, a paper register or an old billing package are all normal sources. What matters is that someone counts the stock properly before go-live, because opening balances are what everything afterwards is measured against.

How long does it take?

It depends on how many outlets and registered firms you run and how clean your existing data is. A single outlet with a tidy item list moves quickly; a multi-firm group with years of drift takes longer, mostly in the reconciliation rather than the software.

Do we have to stop trading during the switch?

No. Go-live is scheduled around your trading, and we are physically present for the first days of billing so anything that surfaces is fixed while you are open.

What happens after go-live?

Your deployment is provisioned, backed up continuously and monitored, and you have a named contact who knows your configuration. Changes — a new outlet, a new registered firm, another sales channel — are handled rather than left to you.

See it shaped like your business.

Tell us what you sell, how many outlets you run and where you sell it. We will walk you through a real system set up like yours — not a generic demo.
