Integrations

Every channel you sell on, on one stock

Add a channel without adding a second inventory.

Every channel you add is another place that can promise stock you no longer have. Integrations connect marketplaces, messaging and payments to the same records your counter uses — so a marketplace order draws down the same shelf, and the shopper who messages you on WhatsApp is the customer your staff already know.

What you get

What integrations includes

Amazon Seller

Marketplace orders draw from the same per-site stock as your counter, so the last unit cannot sell through two channels at once.

WhatsApp Business

Your WABA connected through the Meta Graph API — phone numbers and message templates managed in one place, campaigns riding on your own customer records.

Automated SMS

Order updates and reminders triggered by events your business already records, rather than an export-and-upload loop.

Payments at the counter and online

Cash, card, UPI, bank transfer, wallet and online tenders all landing in the same books.

Delivery channels

Aggregators set up as sales channels with their own catalogue and pricing per outlet, so commission-adjusted pricing stops being manual.

Your own developers

If you have a tech team, the core SDK gives them signed, credential-scoped access that reaches only what you grant — plus a git server and CI/CD per organisation.

How it runs

The engagement, step by step

01

Pick the channels

Which marketplaces, which messaging, which tenders. Each one is a decision about where stock can be committed.

02

Connect and scope

Credentials issued with the narrowest access that works, so a channel reaches its catalogue and nothing else.

03

Map catalogue and pricing

Per-channel catalogues and prices set per outlet, so what a marketplace shows is deliberate rather than inherited.

04

Prove it under load

We test the oversell case explicitly — the same last unit, two channels, at once.

FAQ

Integrations — common questions

Will a marketplace order reduce my counter stock?

Yes. Sales channels draw from one stock position held per outlet and warehouse rather than keeping their own copy, so an Amazon order and a walk-in sale reduce the same number. That is what prevents the last unit selling twice.

Can you connect our WhatsApp Business account?

Yes. WhatsApp Business Account management is built in — connecting a WABA, managing phone numbers and message templates through the Meta Graph API, and running template-based campaigns against your own customer records.

Can we price differently on each channel?

Yes. Each sales channel gets its own catalogue and pricing per site, drawing from one stock position. The same product can carry a different price on a marketplace or a delivery app without duplicating inventory.

Can our own developers build against it?

Yes. The core SDK gives a tech team access to the same records your staff use, with signed, credential-scoped access that only reaches what you allow. Every organisation can also run its own git hosting with CI/CD.
